Well theres not much hidden in this song. Ghosts combined with Bike Song and Carpe Diem spell out the story of my 20s. I am forever grateful all those three music videos and for what this song in particular gave me.
Whenever the Foes close a show its with this song. I always see people out in the crowd sing it so thank you all for that. The response we get from new people at our shows is always incredibly positive with this song as well. I think its because we all carry around the people in our lives that we will always care about even if they are no longer in our lives. So shout outs to the ones I sing this song too.
Stitched Sound
The Foes of Fern are making a splash in 2020. With their new, long awaited and recently released album Carpe Diem which came out August 28, today the band unveils the first video from the release, “Ghosts (Girl In All My Songs)”. The elegantly crafted video will draw you in from every angle, with a sound as beautiful as the video itself. Signed to Telegraph Hill Records, the group are a non-stop fun and gritty outfit of eclectic musicians who hail from New Jersey. The track is filled with harmonious instrumentation and haunting, echoing vocals that help to bring the video to life.
